2022
Replaced the upper helm cushions.
Replaced the upper helm steering wheel with a destroyer style wheel.
Hull was soda blasted with all bottom paint removed., Pettit Protect epoxy barrier coat applied and Coppercoat bottom paint applied.
Replaced all of the 12 volt circuit breakers.

2021
Replaced the 2 Capilano steering pumps, flushed the hydraulic system and rebuilt the steering cylinder.
Installed 2 Webasto FCF Platinum air conditioners   16,000 btu units, replace the marsh cooling pump and master control panel.
Replace all interior lighting with LED lights.
Added 12-volt fans in the aft and main cabins.
Replaced the propane tank.
Installed a Lewmar Pro – Series anchor windlass with new 150 foot anchor line and 25” of chain.
Installed Sideshifter stern thruster with 2 batteries and a battery charger in the aft cabin.

2020
Replaced all thru-hulls and seacocks with bronze units.
Port Fuel tank drained, cleaned and repaired with POR -15 tank sealer and seam patch, installed 2 - 12” inspection ports, Starboard tank repaired in in same method by prior owner in 2004.
Installed a Raymarine Axiom 9” chart plotter at the Flying Bridge helm, moving the Raymarine 12” C 120 chart plotter to the salon helm   
Installed a Raymarine Evolution EV-1 autopilot
Installed Lawrence NAIS – 400 Class AIS transceiver
Installed a custom mattress in the aft cabin queen size berth.
Replaced the salon cabin settee cushions leatherette.
Installed a custom carpet in the main salon cabin.

2019
Engine serviced – injectors rebuilt, turbocharger rebuilt, new seals, oil and filter replaced, fuel filters replaced. Hours at time-of-service 2540, current hours 2626.
Rudder enlarged to engineered specifics adding 6 “ to the end and 4” to the bottom.
Batteries replaced 6-6 volt golf cart wet cells – all battery cables replaced.
Xantrex Freedom XC series 2000 Inverter Charger installed.
Norcold refrigerator and freezer replaced.
Deck lights replaced with LED lights.
Running lights replaced.
TV, satellite radio, AIS, and 2 VHF antennas installed.
Damaged wooden boom replaced with aluminum boom.
